Coaching Philosophy

Personal Coaching Philosophy - As Club Clinician I get to work closely with the coaches and the
players.  Per HOA guidelines I administer a referee test and a scorekeeping test at the beginning of each
season.  Then, working closely with the coaches, I continue throughout the season helping the players
become more comfortable and knowledgeable at the games.
