Personal Coaching Philosophy - I believe that it is Ok to push in a positive way.  Working
hard and pushing to improve themselves is a trait they can use throughout life - whether is
sports, school, work, family and friends.  I hope to give theat positive push so they can become
the best volleyball player and person they can be.
