Additional Qualities:
I love coaching.  Coaching is probably my favorite thing to do in life and it will be a true pleasure to operate in this mode.  I always
readily talk to others about volleyball and have happily done this many ours per week.

I’m a social person.  I enjoy working for, with and around people.  Coaching is a person-to-person/ to group activity and I fit right in.

I’m positive.  I always try to keep the spirits of my teammates or my students I coach at a high level.  I’m always the most vociferous
member of a team (possibly even as the coach).

I’m high-tech.  On all teams that I have played on or coached, I always use state-of-the-art/ cutting-edge technology.  For example I
was the FIRST person to jump serve in the Midwest- 1987.  With girls I use crosses (back & front), slides, fakes, back 10’s, on court
psychology, 10’s, stop-gap defense, evolving defense, risk taking high-yield blocking, power dumps, long setter range play, etc.

I’m loyal.  I take loyalty to one’s teammates or organization VERY seriously.  I believe that it’s possibly on of the most important
characteristics a person can have.

I’m very serious.  I am extremely serious at any endeavor or challenge.  I.e. sports, work projects, personal activities, etc.

I’m motivated.  I have the ability to motivate, excite and help others perform better on sports teams.

I was coachable.  This translates into me understanding the hierarchy within sports teams, and within a private athletic program.
This is unity of command and respect for authority issue as well.
