Coaching Philosophy
Club Coaching Philosophy - As a club director I look for aggressive coaches - not "bench sitters". I
expect all Swarm coaches to lead by example and to ensure all players understand the "why" of what
they do. When mistakes are made - I expect our coaches to ensure that the player understands what
they did wrong and how to correct it. This applies to both practices and tournaments.
Personal Coaching Philosophy - I believe in aggressive coaching. Players learn from repetition. I also
believe that it is important for players to understand the logic behind why things are done a specific way
Players must also understand that they are a team both on and off of the court.
