Philosophy
Todd's approach to working with clients individually and in small groups is
systematic, creative, positive and relationship-centered, ensuring that
people of all ages meet their fitness goals. Clites specializes in general
fitness, weight loss, sports performance and injury postrehabilitation.
Training Small Groups of Young Athletes
Using a positive, systematic approach to develop:
• Speed & Power
• Acceleration & Deceleration
• Change of Direction
• Balance & Agility
All Swarm teams from 13 Juniors and up include Speed, Strength and
Quickness training as part of their weekly practice routine. Todd's training is
provided for one hour - twice per week (for 16 weeks) at the Swarm practice
facility, but is totally separate from the teams regular volleyball practice. SSA
training is a $260 value and is included in the club fees.
The Swarm's Speed, Strength and Quickness training is taught by a true
professional - not by a coach that simply provides some physical conditioning
on the side. Todd's credentials (and those of his staff) speak for themselves.
