Jersey Security Deposit
Jersey Deposit - Club fees include the rental of multiple club jerseys. These jerseys are expensive and require
special care! To ensure the proper care and return of all rented jerseys, each play will be required to sign a jersey
rental agreement and make a $75 jersey security deposit in the form of a check.  When the player's jerseys are
turned in at the end of the club season in good condition, the player's deposit check will be returned and a jersey
receipt issued. The jersey security deposit checks will be held by the club (not deposited) unless the player's jerseys
are lost, damaged or not turned in when required.

Note that the club expects normal wear on the jerseys as they are used. The Swarm will provide specific wash
instructions at the time of jersey distribution and make those instruction available on The Swarm's website as well.

Also, on rare occasions the edges of the jersey numbers and/or logos, etc have become detached from the jersey. If
this occurs, please turn you jersey into a club representative as soon as possible so that we have the jersey
repaired and returned quickly.
