Player Reimbursement of Coach Hotel Expenses
Teams attending the 2010 President's Day Tournament in Omaha, NE
All Swarm coaches stayed at the Omaha Mariott and the total room expense for each coach (3
nights - including taxes) was $386.40. Parents are expected to pay an equal share of the head
coach's hotel expenses. All gas money for coaches has been covered by The Swarm. A
sample hotel receipt is included at the bottom of this page.
