All players must be accompanied to tryouts by a parent or guardian. Your registration will not be
complete until you and your parent or guardian sign the release form, complete the Tryout Insurance
form and you pay your tryout fee.
Attention: For insurance purposes we are required to tell you that Volleyball can be a
dangerous sport and players can be hurt and hurt seriously playing volleyball. You must read
and accept the guidelines and notices on this form by clicking on "I Accept" below or we
cannot accept your pre-registration form.
